Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data NEW TECH LLC collects, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have. It applies to the website newtechllc.dev and to the mobile applications published by NEW TECH LLC on the App Store and Google Play.

1. Who we are

The website and the applications are operated by NEW TECH LLC («ՆՈՐ ՏԵԽՆՈԼՈԳԻԱՆԵՐ» ՍՊԸ), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration number 290.110.1250158, TIN 01325114), with its registered address at 10/12 Gusan Sherami St., Malatia-Sebastia, Yerevan 0084, Armenia. NEW TECH LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers:

• the website newtechllc.dev;
• mobile applications published by NEW TECH LLC, unless an application has its own privacy policy. In that case the application's policy applies and takes precedence;
• communication with us by email or phone.

Each application also discloses its data practices in its App Store listing ("App Privacy") and Google Play listing ("Data safety").

3. Data we collect

3.1 Website

The website does not use advertising trackers or contact forms. It stores two small settings in your browser's local storage: your language choice (English or Armenian) and your cookie choice. These settings stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Analytics cookies. With your consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website – for example, which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and processes data such as a shortened IP address, device and browser information and the pages you visit. These cookies are set only if you press "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you press "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. How Google uses this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Like any website, the server that hosts it automatically records technical request data – IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time – in server logs. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working.

3.2 When you contact us

If you write to us by email or call us, we receive your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to you.

3.3 Mobile applications

We collect only the data an application needs to work. Depending on the application, this may include:

• Account data – such as email address and display name, if the application offers user accounts;
• Content you create in the application;
• Device and diagnostic data – device model, operating system version, application version, crash reports and performance data;
• Purchase information – confirmation of in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.

An application accesses features such as the camera, photos, location, contacts or notifications only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

4. How we use data

• to provide, maintain and improve the website and applications;
• to create and manage user accounts;
• to process purchases and subscriptions;
• to fix errors and keep our services secure;
• to reply to your requests and provide support;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for purposes that are incompatible with those listed above.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you (for example, providing an application you use), our legitimate interests (such as security and service improvement) or a legal obligation.

6. Sharing of data

We share personal data only when necessary:

• Service providers that host our servers, store data or provide crash reporting and analytics for our applications. They process data on our behalf and only according to our instructions;
• Apple and Google, which distribute our applications and process payments under their own privacy policies;
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies on the website;
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

The specific third-party services used by an application are listed in its store listing or its own privacy policy.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Website analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access control and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly to any incident.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data, including your account in any of our applications;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or with the supervisory authority of your country.

To exercise these rights, email us at info@newtechllc.dev. If an application offers accounts, you can also delete your account directly in the application. We respond to requests within 30 days.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and applications are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area), unless an application states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the Republic of Armenia. In such cases we make sure the data receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If the changes are significant, we will notify users in our applications.
