Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website newtechllc.dev and of the mobile applications published by NEW TECH LLC. By using the website or an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. About us

The website and the applications are provided by NEW TECH LLC («ՆՈՐ ՏԵԽՆՈԼՈԳԻԱՆԵՐ» ՍՊԸ), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration number 290.110.1250158, TIN 01325114), registered address: 10/12 Gusan Sherami St., Malatia-Sebastia, Yerevan 0084, Armenia ("we", "us", "our").

A specific application may have additional terms. If they conflict with these terms, the application's terms apply to that application.

2. Using our services

You may use the website and our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• interfere with the operation of the services, including by distributing malware or overloading our servers;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the applications, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the services to send spam or distribute illegal or harmful content.

3. Accounts

Some applications may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the application or by writing to info@newtechllc.dev.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Applications may offer paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Prices are shown in the application before purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Intellectual property

The website, the applications and all their content – including code, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks – belong to NEW TECH LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the applications on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

6. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded an application from the App Store or Google Play, the terms of that store also apply. For applications downloaded from the Apple App Store:

• these terms are concluded between you and NEW TECH LLC only, not with Apple Inc.; NEW TECH LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the application;
• in the event of any failure of the application to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application;
• NEW TECH LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability claims, claims of non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection and intellectual property claims;
• you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

7. Third-party services

The website and applications may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

The website and applications are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEW TECH LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue arising from your use of or inability to use the website or applications. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant application in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability – remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country provides otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first – most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. By continuing to use the services after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
